Cost is $215 per person for RICE Lodge and $265 for BATSON Lodge.

- Check-in begin at 2:00 pm. **Early arrivals will NOT be permitted until completion of registration (liability waiver) per Asbury Hills. Please make travel plans accordingly.
- Cost includes meal and lodging. First meal is Friday evening.
- Registration is limited to 60.
- Refunds are NOT available.
- Only registered and paid guests may attend (no exceptions). No children or pets. No partial pay for partial weekend stay.
- Meals are buffet-style service complete with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Vegetarian and GF options are available upon request.
